The City of Medford Utility customers can now pay for water bills and deposits as well as other miscellaneous payments using our new online payments provider. It’s available 24/7 and residents can pay with a credit card, debit card or ACH (eCheck). This service is provided through Pay N Seconds, a third-party payment processor, specializing in secure bill payment options. To make a payment through this service, simply click on the appropriate “CLICK TO PAY” button below. This will instantly direct you to Pay N Seconds. First time users will be prompted to register a new Pay N Seconds account prior to making the first payment. When registering, you will need your account information from your statement. If you have more than one utility account, Pay N Seconds allows you to add multiple utility accounts under the same login. Please register your primary utility account first.
